I am the daughter of a patient who became ill while on holiday. I just wanted to let you know that my Mum is now safely back home and is being cared for by her local hospital.

I also wanted to thank you and your team for the wonderful care and kindness you showed her while she was in hospital, and for everything you did to help her get back to the UK safely. You were all absolutely fantastic, and our whole family is so grateful for your support and compassion during such a difficult time. It meant so much to us.

I am sorry I did not get the chance to thank you in person, as I had to return home, but please know how much we appreciate everything you did for Mum.
